We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 7 years of experience in managing complex projects across various industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while effectively managing project teams, stakeholders, and resources.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery
- Lead project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring that stakeholders are kept informed of project status, risks, and issues.
- Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve any concerns.
- Proactively identify project risks and issues, and implement appropriate risk management and issue resolution strategies.
- Escalate critical risks and issues to senior management as needed.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and lessons learned.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on project status, key milestones, and any deviations from the plan.
- Evaluate completed projects to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned in future projects.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in project management.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Equivalent.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred
- 7+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects successfully.
- Proficient in project management software tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or similar.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
- Familiarity with budgeting and financial management related to project execution.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
